His arms are going to hold his partner close and gently so that he can show how he feels through every single movement from that point on.

His reaction to that first kiss with the person he loves is almost violent in its intensity, but it’s still extremely passionate. His reaction causes everything around him and his partner to fade, until it seems like they’re the only two beings in the world.
Kuwabara: He’s a romantic, and his reaction to his first kiss with the person he loves is like something out of a romance movie. Yusuke: Once Yusuke realizes he’s in love, there’s no holding back from him. The first kiss turns into two, then three, and they don’t leave the floor for a very long time.
Koenma: He gets a little shy once he realizes that he’s completely fallen in love, so his initial reaction is a bit hesitant. His partner is in control to start with but he quickly gains confidence as he realizes that his feelings are returned. By the end of the first kiss, his partner is feeling a little weak in the knees.
